We are pleased to share the exciting news that INRO is now part of Bentley Systems, Inc (NASDAQ:BSY)! We are very excited to continue working with all of our partners, colleagues and friends in this new capacity.

Our mission at INRO has always been to contribute the best modeling tools, techniques, software and support for modelers while working towards a complete multimodal representation of mobility. The acquisition of INRO by Bentley is designed to accelerate and expand on our mutual efforts towards next-generation simulation systems. Our move to Bentley will also help to further develop Emme, Dynameq and CityPhi as well as to integrate them into next-generation multimodal modeling and analytics solutions. Bentley's international infrastructure and presence will provide a global platform to expand and support our users and partners around the world.

The INRO team remains together and available to you as part of Bentley's growing and focused Mobility team where we will continue to concentrate on ongoing developments, technical support activities and work engagements. We will also be working alongside our new colleagues to offer novel features and transport solutions across the entire transport lifecycle from planning to operations.
