Procedures, Terms and Conditions

Registration. INRO will send an invoice by email, or by post upon special request. Course fees do not include sales tax. Payment may be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer, or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).  We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient registrations in which case we will issue a full refund to all participants.

Timing. Payment must be received before registrations are confirmed. Registration is granted on a first-come, first-served basis unless mentioned otherwise so please note that your space may be given away until payment is received.

Refunds. Cancellations made by email at least 5 business days before the start of training are eligible for a refund. No refunds will be made after this time and no refunds will be made to paid participants absent from the course. Training coupons used for registration are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancelation by the participant.

Installation. INRO will provide participants with the necessary software to install on their supported computer system. Please verify minimum system requirements. We recommend allowing at least 3 days after registration to complete software installation before course start. Participants are also responsible to ensure suitable internet connection for online courses.

No Recording. Course lectures may not be recorded by participants.
