Our COVID-19 Response

At INRO we are extremely fortunate to be able to carry on the majority of our technical support and R&D activities largely uninterrupted while we do our part to help flatten the curve of the pandemic. At present time our staff are working remote and maintaining recommended social distancing measures and we expect this will continue as long as advised by public authorities and good practice.

Technical support and administrative channels remain open for business, and our staff are accessible at all regular contact channels so please do not hesitate to contact us at published email, phone or web contacts.

Since the start of the outbreak we have also been partnering with our users to help facilitate temporary access to INRO software, if required, to help overcome any COVID-19-related IT or service interruptions they may be facing.

Although we have had to cancel or postpone many face-to-face meetings and events, we are available through online meetings where we hope to stay in touch with our valued user and partner community as we face these challenges.

Best wishes and health,

The INRO Team

As a way for our staff to exercise some creativity while staying on top of daily progress, we are regularly updating this animated visualization of the COVID-19 pandemic.
